- From Actions taken grid > Insert New Action: ADD TO WAITLIST

- To launch the waitlists
- Click View waitlist details > Insert a row

- Do not allocate
- Current Status: ADD TO WAITLIST
- Date will appear as pink on the referral tree
|
- Allocate to appropriate staff/provider
- Current Status: ALLOCATE
- Date will appear as blue on the referral tree
|
