

In order for the Waitlist functionality to work, you must:
- Be a member of a Team that uses Waitlist
- Use the right Referral Type and Reason

- Referral Reason
Most Waitlists are managed from the Waitlists Application. Within the Waitlists Application, there are 3 pathways:

Waitlist Buttons
Refresh list: Click to refresh the Wait List
Filter: Allows user to filter client list by
- Status Value
- Priorities
- Placed on W/L Between
- Reason on W/L
Show Deferred Entries: Used for future dated clients – stat centre
Status History: Displays status of selected client
Client W/L History: Displays all W/L history for a selected client
Letter: Not being used at this time
View Entry: Displays Entry Detail window in read only format
Insert a row: Allows user to add client to W/L – client must have existing, open appropriate referral
Modify row: Allows user to modify information
Show Client W/L Details: Launches search screen. Once you’ve selected the client the Waitlist Details screen appears, all the client’s W/L information is displayed in grid format
Search for Wait List: Launches wait list filter
Reports: Click to access W/L reports
