The PARIS Letters functionality allows for the creation and printing of standard letters from different areas of PARIS. The Letters Application displays a list of all letters accessed and stored for a client. Each letter in PARIS is a template for a commonly-used document that can pull client information saved elsewhere in the client’s PARIS record. Another feature of the PARIS Letters functionality is the ability to amend a letter so it can be tailored for its recipient.
The type of letter being generated determines which PARIS application the letter should be generated from. For example, a letter that pulls data from a specific Assessment is generated from within the Assessments application. Please see below for program-specific instructions.

This grid contains all letters that have been stored (saved) in the client’s PARIS record. You can view, modify and reprint any letter in this grid. Each time a letter is modified and the changes are saved, the previous version of the letter is stored.
Important: Stored Letters may contain dated information. Always check the Modified Date/Time column and letter content; if neither are current, it is more appropriate to generate a new letter from the appropriate application instead of modifying a previous version.

The Requested Letters section lists all the letters that have been created for the client, regardless of which application it was created from and whether or not the letter was stored to the client record.
The Requested Letters grid generates a new row each time a letter is printed or stored. The letters stored in this grid may not be current.
