Reset Filter to Show Defaults
The Care Plan Filters provides options to filter the information within the care plan.
When a Care Plan is opened a default filter is automatically applied, showing all Active records owned by all teams. The filters apply to the following sections:
- Needs & Goals
- Interventions
- Client’s Group Memberships
- Recent Casenotes (no date filters applied)
NOTE: The filters do not apply to the Active Care Plan Summary.
Team Filters
Use the Team filters to toggle between seeing records owned by all teams, or records owned by just teams you are a current member of.
To change the Team filters:
1. Expand the Care Plan Filters section.
2. Tick either All Teams or My Team(s).
3. Click the Apply selected filters button.
Date Filters
Use the Date filters to choose between seeing only active records, or seeing records that were active within a date range, e.g. Last 30 days, Last 6 months, etc.
To set the Date filters:
1. Expand the Care Plan Filters section.
2. Tick either Currently Active or Active Within.
3. If using ‘Active Within’, the set options (e.g. Last 30 days) can be clicked to automatically enter the From and To date fields, or the dates can be entered manually.
4. Click the Apply selected filters button.
Care Plan Component Filters
Use the Component filters to choose to display all records that are of, or are linked to a specific type of Need, Goal, or Intervention. For example, a user can choose to filter based on a ‘Mental Health’ Need; in which case only Mental Health Need & Goal records will display, only Interventions linked to Mental Health Needs will display, and only Casenotes linked to Mental Health Needs will display.
The Need, Goal, and Intervention filters are mutually exclusive, i.e. only one can be used to filter at any one time.
To set the Component filters:
1. Expand the Care Plan Filters section.
2. Select one of a Need, Goal, or Intervention.
3. Click the Apply selected filters button.
Reset Filter to Show Defaults
When using the Care Plan Filters section to filter the records on view, the filter can be reset to defaults at any time by clicking the Reset to defaults button.
