Navigation Buttons – PARIS User Help

	Search for a Person
	Application Search
	Back and forward buttons
	Click on User Actions to View your History, View your Inbox, View your Diary, View your Tasks, Lock PARIS or Change your Password
	Click on System Actions to Notify, Close, Close All, Access PARIS User Help, or Exit
	Takes you back to the Application page
	Shows applications in the Navigation Bar when you are in an Application
	Hides the Navigation Bar
	Takes you back to the Home page
	Tells you which page you are on out of how many pages there are. Click to navigate to the next page of Home Tiles or Applications (i.e. This shows we are on page one of two)
	Click to navigate to the next page of Home Tiles or Applications

Form Navigation Buttons

	To collapse an open section within a form, click on the white arrow pointing down on the purple banner.
	To expand a closed section within a form, click on the purple arrow pointing right on the purple banner.
	Insert a row
	Modify a row
	Save changes (F12)
	Cancels changes

Tab key: Navigates you to the next field
F12 key: Press to save changes
F4 key: Launches a picklist when your cursor is in a picklist field
F4 key: Launches a calendar when your cursor is in a calendar field
Picklist fields: A list with both a code (left) and a description (right) column is displayed. The cursor defaults to the Type and Find field above the list. Instead of scrolling through to search, type part of the word in the Type and Find field which will highlight similarities in the list, as your type. Once the desired description is highlighted, press enter to select the value.
