The Home Support Order application is limited to staff on teams that create HSOs.
Any PARIS User can access a client’s historic or current Home Support information by following these steps:
1. Navigate to Clinical Info > Integrated Client Viewer OR Clinical Info > Clinical Summary > Home Support
OR
2. Navigate to the Home Support Order Authorization History section
3. Select the HSO grid entry you want to view
Status definitions:
i. Active: Current home support order
ii. Inactive: Historic entry
4. Select Print Form
5. Select Report Version:
i. Client Version: displays basic Home Support Info and all the Tasks community health workers are providing for the client.
ii. Agency Version: displays basic Home Support Info and Tasks, and Care Requirements & Care Information, Service Schedule, Financial Assessment outputs, Service Order Submission, Address Directions, & Pharmacy Info. The Agency Version is meant for internal/surge Provider use and is not meant to be distributed to a client or their family.
6. Select Run Report
