Close a Need or Intervention
View Closed Needs and Interventions
Only to be used by staff entering utilization data for Funded Services and is not the same as the Clinical Care Plan. If you’ve never modified information here before, please check with local leadership prior to making any changes
Enter Outcomes
1. Click the Need or Intervention in the Structure Options Tree
2. Click the Modify button and enter the following field:
- Outcome: Select appropriate Outcome from picklist
3. Click Accept Changes & F12 to Save
Close a Need or Intervention
1. Click the Need or Intervention in the Structure Options Tree
2. Click the Modify button and enter the following field:
- Closed: Enter date
3. Click Accept Changes & F12 to Save
Check local guidelines to see if you record Outcomes
Needs and Interventions closed today will remain visible in the Structure grid until midnight. They can then be seen by clicking the Show historic button

Closed Needs and Interventions can be seen by clicking the Show historic button.
