

There are 3 levels in the Plan options tree: Client, Team and Referral.

When a level is selected, the Plan form updates to display the view specific to the selected level:
- Client View: Displays all Needs, Goal and Interventions entered by all involved Teams.
- Team View: Displays all Needs, Goals and Interventions entered by a Team
- Referral View: Displays Needs, Goals and Interventions applicable to a specific Referral
For a Care Plan to be created, there must be a Referral record present.
Care Plan Needs and Interventions should always be added from the Referral view.
