Delete multiple messages
It is extremely important to delete your inbox messages after they are dealt with. If you do not delete your messages, these extra messages in your inbox will directly affect the performance of PARIS.
Delete Inbox or Messages:
1. Highlight the message(s) you wish to delete.
2. Click Remove row and a confirm box appears: “Delete this record?”.
3. Click Yes or press Enter.
Delete selected messages:
1. Hold the Ctrl key down and click on the messages you wish to remove.
2. Press the Delete key or click Remove row and a confirm message appears.
3. Click Yes or press Enter to the confirm message.
4. Press F12 to Save.
Delete multiple messages:
1. Hold the Shift key down and click on the first message you wish to remove.
2. Click on the last message you wish to remove, all messages between the two selections will also be highlighted.
3. Press the Delete key or click Remove row and a confirm message appears.
4. Click Yes or press Enter to the confirm message.
5. Press F12 to Save.
