Once the final order has ended and no further home support services are being ordered, the client should be discharged from Home Support.
To discharge the client from Home Support:
1. Within the Home Support Info section, press the Discharge menu button on the the top right of the section.
The Discharge menu button will only be enabled when the last order has ended. When pressed, you will be taken to the Discharge application to complete the discharge of the Home Support referral.
2. Complete the required fields in the discharge form
3. SAVE
Note: If required, inform the Provider that no further services will be ordered. Providers are not automatically notified of discharged clients.
