Show Cases for All Nurses
Show Completed Cases
View Errors
The HIV Cases grid lists all of the active and completed HIV cases for the Communicable Disease team. By default, the grid shows all the active cases assigned to the logged-in user, sorted by their stage of disease at time of diagnosis and investigation start date.
The column sorting can be changed by clicking on the different column headers in the grid, like all other PARIS grids. In addition, different filters can be applied to see completed cases, cases entered in error, and cases for the entire team.
Search for a Case / Identified Partner
1. Click on the Search cases button in the HIV Partners Search tile.
2. In the Type & Find, type in the search parameter. The search functionality looks through the following fields of all active and completed cases and their identified partners:
Case: HIV Case #, Name (Last Name, First Name)
Identified Partner: Name (Last Name, First Name), Alias, Phone #, Email, Social Network
3. If a case or identified partner is found in the search, select the appropriate row. The selected case and partner details will appear in the application.
Show Cases for All Nurses
1. Click on the Show all nurses button in the HIV Partners Search tile..
The Active Cases grid will now show the active cases for all users.
Show Completed Cases
1. Click on the Show all cases button in the HIV Partners Search tile.
2. All cases, active and completed, now appear in the HIV Cases grid.
3. To hide the completed cases, click on the Show active cases button.
View Errors
1. Click on the Show errors menu the More actions button in the HIV Partners Search tile.
2. All cases marked as entered in error now appear in the Active Cases grid.
3. To hide the cases entered in error again, click on the “Hide errors” button.
