Create a Task
With the appropriate client active:
1. Scroll down to the Actions Taken section of the Referral, click Expand and click Insert a New Action
2. Action Type: Type TASK, press Enter, the Action Entry window will open
3. Complete the mandatory fields
4. Action Type, Date of Action, Team and Client default in
- Leave the Staff field blank or the task will go into that staff persons My Tasks rather than Team Tasks
5. PressF4 to launch Task picklist, select the appropriate task
6. Planned Start Date: If required, enter today’s date
7. Notes and Comments: Enter notes or comments as necessary per site guidelines
8. Click Accept Changes & F12 to Save
Find & End Tasks
In Team Caseload click on the Team List tab:
1. Click on Unassigned Team Tasks, the list of tasks will display on the right side of the screen
2. Click on the task in the Unassigned Team Task list
3. Click Modify row
4. End Date: Enter the appropriate end date
- If you need to enter notes or other details into the screen do so before pressing enter
5. Press enter and F12 to save
