Update Date of Death or Recorded by
1. Click on the Death Application and update the following fields:
- Date of Death: To change the date of death press F4 and select the correct date from the calendar,
- Recorded by: If this is incorrect: Click
and select the correct person from the picklist
2. Click Accept Changes & press F12 to Save.
NOTE: This can only be done prior to ticking the Confirmed check-box
Client Marked Dead Erroneously
Client has been marked Deceased and is NOT dead. Call PARIS Support 604-875-4334.
