Add a New Group Contact
Group contacts can be added in the General CD Edit tile when a new case is created or an existing case is selected via the General CD Search tile. For help searching for a specific case, please refer to the Search for a Case or Contact page for more details.
1. Click on Insert a row in the Group Contacts grid.
2. Enter all details in the Group Contacts window, if known.
To attach a letter, follow the instructions in the Add a New Contact article.
Any comments related to the group contacts can be entered in the Additional Comments section at the bottom of the form.
3. Click on Accept Changes and Save to save the group details.
Edit a Group Contact
1. Select the appropriate contact from the Group Contacts grid and click on Modify row.
2. The Group Contacts window opens and contact details can be added or modified.
If the wrong letter was attached to the Group Contact, follow the instructions in the Edit a Contact section to remove or replace the letter.
3. Click on Accept Changes and Save to save your changes.
Note: If an individual from the group contact becomes known, enter the Contact in the Contacts section and indicate the contact is part of a group contact.
