The Integrated Client Viewer brings together a summary of important information about the client on one screen. It is intended to give clinicians an overview of recent and frequently used client details, and should not be considered a replacement for a full chart review.
Key Points:
- The Integrated Client Viewer pulls information that exists from the client record in PARIS.
- Most applications displayed are read-only and content displayed is limited.
- Users should look into the appropriate applications on the navigation tree for further detail about the client record outside of the Integrated Client Viewer.
- If client information is incorrect, make necessary corrections in the appropriate application.

To Print a Home Support Order
- Scroll down to the Home Support Order Authorization History grid and select a home support entry found within this grid.
NOTE: home support entries with a status of Active are the current home support orders that community health workers are following. A home support entry with a status of Inactive is a historic entry. - After selecting the home support entry that you want to view / print click on the Print Form button located in the upper right corner of the Home Support Order Authorization History grid. This will bring up the Report Options screen.
- On the Report Options screen you will need to select which Report Version you want to view / print before you can run the report. After selecting the version, click Run Report.
NOTE:
Both the Agency Version and Client Version will display all the tasks / care that community health workers are providing for the client. The main difference between the 2 reports is that the Agency Version contains financial information which is absent from the Client Version
The Agency Version should never be given to a client or their family
