Dictated Assessments must be read and authorized by the author. Once Assessments are authorized they can’t be edited.
MH Narrative Assessments: Carried Out By and End Date fields in Header Details are completed from the Auth tab
Check your program guidelines to see which Assessments require “authorization” as a final step.
Narrative Assessments for MH are end dated or closed from the Auth tab
Assessments become Read Only once Closing Authorizer is entered
1. Click Auth or Authorization tab and enter the following fields:
- Carried out by: Enter your user name
- Date: Enter the date Assessment was performed
- Closing authorizer: Enter user name
- Date: Enter appropriate date
2. Press F12 to Save
- If more than one person is required to Authorize Assessment: first Authorizers enters in ‘Other Authorizer’ field
