Set Allergies to No Known Allergies - view video
There are four allergy statuses:
- Allergies not recorded:
Automatically set as the initial setting until the status is manually changed or an allergy is entered. - Allergy status unknown:
Manually set when a Clinician or PA cannot determine any allergies for a client. - No known allergies:
Manually set when a client does not have any allergies. - Known Allergies:
Automatically set when at least one allergy is entered and is active.
Alerts for Allergies are no longer entered.

Set Allergies to Allergy Status Unknown - view video
1. Expand the Client Banner.
2. Click the Add Allergies (or View all allergies) link.
The Allergies grid opens.
3. Click Set Status on the grid menu bar.
The status selection drop-down list displays.
4. Choose Allergies status unknown.
The status selection drop-down list closes. The Allergies header indicates the status as Allergy Status Unknown.
5. Click Accept Changes to save and close the Allergies grid.
The Client Banner displays Allergy Status Unknown.
Set Allergies to No Known Allergies - view video
1. Expand the Client Banner.
2. Click the Add Allergies (or View all allergies) link.
The Allergies grid opens.
3. Click Set Status on the grid menu bar.
The status selection drop-down list displays.
4. Choose No Known Allergies.
The status selection drop-down list closes. The Allergies header indicates the status as No Known Allergies.
5. Click Accept Changes to save and close the Allergies grid.
The Client Banner displays No Known Allergies.
