Paediatric Equipment
Clinicians have the ability to enter up to five equipment items at a time using Batch Entry or they can add and modify equipment items using the Paediatric Equipment grid.
Paediatric Equipment – Batch Entry
1. Enter the following fields:
a. Equipment: Select the appropriate item
b. Frequency: Enter (free text)
c. Cancel: Tick to cancel entries that have not been processed
2. Tick the Process checkbox once you have entered all of the equipment. The equipment items will move from the Batch Entry section into the Paediatric Equipment grid.
3. Save
Paediatric Equipment Grid
All of the equipment items entered for the client using Batch Entry or using the Paediatric Equipment grid (where these sections display in PARIS) will display within the Paediatric Equipment grid. The default view displays the client’s current equipment items.
Tip: Click Include historic button to view end dated equipment.
Click More actions button and select Show errors to view equipment entered in error. 
Enter a new Equipment Item
1. Click Insert a row
2. Enter all of the fields if known.
Tip:
Team populates the team selected when creating the assessment
Click Add another Funding Source button to add additional sources. A maximum of 3 funding sources can be entered.
Buttons:
Print current items: Click to print a list of current equipment items. In the Equipment Type dialog, select to print All of the client’s current equipment, or just equipment specific to NSS or OT/PT. In the Team dialog, select the team you belong to.
Print selected item: Click to print the highlighted item. In the Team dialog, select the team you belong to.
Include historic: Click to view end dated equipment.
More actions: Click and then select Show errors from the menu to view equipment entered in error.
Modify an Equipment Item

1. Highlight the equipment item to modify
2. Click Modify row
3. Edit the fields as required
Tip: If the item is no longer used, enter End Date. If the equipment item was entered in error, tick Entered in Error.
4. Accept Changes. Save.
