Medication Grid
Enter a New Medication
Modify a Medication
Clinicians have the ability to enter up to five medications at a time using Batch Entry or they can add and modify medications using the Medications grid.
Medications – Batch Entry

1. Enter the following fields:
Medication: Select the appropriate medication
Dose: Enter the dose
Route: Select the appropriate route
Frequency: Select the appropriate frequency
Start Date: Enter the date
Cancel: Tick to cancel entries that have not been processed
2. Tick the Process checkbox once you have entered all of the medications. The medications will move from the Batch Entry section into the Medication grid.
3. Save
Medication Grid
All of the medications entered for the client using Batch Entry or the Medication grid (where these sections display in PARIS) will display within the Medication grid. The default view displays the client’s current medications.
Tip: Click Include historic button to view end dated medications.
Click More actions button and select Show errors to view medications entered in error.

Enter a new Medication
1. Click Insert a row
2. Enter all of the fields if known.
Tip: Team populates the team selected when creating the assessment.

Modify a Medication
1. Highlight the medication to modify
2. Click Modify row
3. Edit the fields as required
Tip: If the medication is no longer used, enter End Date. If the medication was entered in error, tick Entered in Error.
4. Accept Changes. Save.
