Modify an Entry for a Single Client
Campaign Manager Post Results Entry
Default view in Immunization Results Entry is: Active Consent Only View. To immunize from Mixed Consent view click on Mixed Consent button.
Click
to record Immunization Batch Entry.

Complete the information for each of the given antigens in the Antigens section.
NOTE: The fields Given by role (INTERNAL TEAM-OTHER), Team, and Given by are mandatory
1. 'Highlight all': Click to highlight all antigens given by the same Provider
2. 'Select': Click to select highlighted antigens

In the Cohort List section, select the clients who have received the antigens.
Enter Antigen Details
1. Double click on each antigen to record Lot #, Body Site, Trade Name, and Dose
- The Provider information will be auto-populated
2. Click Accept Changes
Enter Antigens Given
The Batch Entry can be done in Active Consent Only View OR Mixed Consent View.
- Click 'Highlight all' and then click 'Select' to record all antigens given to all clients
- Click 'Highlight all' and then click 'Clear' to remove all antigens given to all clients
- Tick the check box in the Select column beside the client who received the immunizations
- Double click on the Antigen field to remove the given antigen if a client has not received that immunization
Once you have recorded given antigens, click on
, then Close to return to Immunization Results Entry screen. The clients will be moved from the list. Repeat the process to enter the results for all clients on the list. Click Save to complete.
Modify an Entry for a Single Client
Example: You gave most of your immunizations in the left deltoid at the campaign, but a few kids wanted the vaccine on the right:
1. In the Immunization Results Entry View, double click on the given antigens, highlighted in green, that you wish to modify to clear. Then double click again to re-enter the following information: Body Site, Lot#, Trade Name (if applicable), Dose (ml), Provider.
2. Click Save to save the changes and click Close to return to Campaign Manager to see the recorded results.
Campaign Manager Post Results Entry
- Campaign Antigens that were given and recorded will appear in Green

Strike through text - Results not Recorded- antigens appear with double ** with Black
Strike through text - Did Not Attend - Antigens appear with a single * with Black
