- Click the Pull tick box to begin. NOTE: All Current Medications will be listed in Worksheet that allows you to enter/change the Start/End Dates, Select MAD-R and other information by ticking/unticking boxes to update medications.
- Update all applicable fields. NOTE: The Medications-Worksheet grid can only display 10 active medications at a time. If the client has more than 10 medications you will need to tick Process/Next to view the remaining medications. Depending on the amount of medications a client has you may need to repeat this a couple times. Before you tick Process/Next make sure to update all applicable fields for any medications currently listed. NOTE: If you make changes the Process/Next tick box becomes mandatory
- Tick Process/Next once the information is updated. This makes the information read-only.
- Save your changes if all information is accurate.
NOTE: If there’s a Dose, Frequency, Route, or other change to the medication, use Modify row in the Medication - Current section below to make the changes.
For example: If the Ramipril was increased to 5 mg, you’d click Modify row and change the dose from 2.5 to 5 mg. PARIS updates the grid to the 5 mg dose and automatically keeps a history of this change –viewable in the Medication Profile Application.
