Background & Purpose
The new Record Delegate Education application will be available as a home tile, but only to PARIS users who have been identified as a Qualification Delegate. This application allows Qualification Delegates to process qualification requests received from Staff.
Qualification Details
Within the new Record Delegate Education application, the Qualification Delegate will select the Staff to be granted the qualification, track the Competency Completed Date, and record the qualification to be granted.
Grant a Qualification
To grant a Qualification, the Delegate enters the required qualification details in a grid row and saves the entry. Qualifications are entered in the grid one at a time, so Delegates need to insert a new row for each qualification to be granted. Watch Record Delegate Education video
NOTE: For the Staff to be granted immediate access to a qualification, they must be granted access by a Delegate and also belong to a team with the same Team Qualification. To view Team Qualifications, run the new Staff Qualifications by Team report in the Report Finder application.
