A link exists in PARIS to CareConnect providing both a direct connection to a client’s read-only CareConnect record and access to CareConnect’s main page, depending on the method in which you access the link.
- You must have an existing CareConnect account to view Client records in CareConnect.
- Your CareConnect business role determines what information you have access to in CareConnect.
To request access or update your existing account at VCH and PHC please complete and submit a request at https://enrol-careconnect.healthbc.org/ - For programs/services requesting access for 5 or more people, CareConnect offers a group intake. Please contact CareConnect@phsa.ca for further information.
