NOTE: If the entered result created a Referral to your team, you have to discharge the Referral before you can change the result.
1. Click on the Referral Application
2. Open the Referral that was created from Screening
3. Change the Referral Reason to Entered in Error
4. Press F12 to Save
5. Click on the Discharge Application
6. Enter the Reason as Entered in Error
7. Press F12 to Save
8. Return to Screening Client Profile
9. Click the
button and change the Overall Results to Entered in Error
