You must enter the appropriate tabs first before saving. Do NOT save after each tab.
1. Click Create New Schedule
- Add Description
- Campaign naming convention vary from site to site
- An ID is automatically created for New Campaigns. Campaign ID is read only and cannot be altered.

2. Team: If you belong to more than one team, click the down arrow icon and click on the appropriate Team. If you only belong to one team, your team will be defaulted in.
3. Campaign Type: Defaults to Screening for Audiology Dental & Vision Teams
4. Run Date: Today’s date will default in
5. Run Time: 12.00 defaults in
- If you do not want Campaign to auto-process at 12.00, change time to a later time
6. Campaign Status: Read only
- Status will be ‘PENDING’ until processed
- Once processed status displays ‘READY’
7. Start Date: Enter date campaign will occur
8. End Date: Enter the date campaign will end
9. Click on the Events Tab
10. Click Insert a row
- Event: Select the appropriate response from the drop-down menu
11. Click Schools Tab
12. Click Insert a row and select the appropriate School and Grade from School Criteria entry window,
- If division is required, select appropriate division
13. Press Enter & F12 to Save
