
PARIS reports are formatted, printable documents created by pulling client information from your PARIS client data. Reports can be printed from a number of different areas in PARIS.
Types of PARIS reports:
- Labels
- Case notes
- Assessment
- Caseload
- Facesheet
- Statistical reports
Regardless of the report you print, the basic steps are the same.
1. Select the report.
2. Click
, or double click the report row in the Reports grid.
The Report Options message box displays.
- Output file type: Defaults to PDF. Complete the report parameters and press enter; you can view your report. You can print reports from the Adobe view (formatting may differ). When you want to send it directly to the printer, select Send Report to Printer in the drop-down list.
- Printer: Default printer displays. When you’d like to print to a different printer click the ellipsis and select the appropriate profile printer.

Once you’ve entered the parameters, press enter or click
to print or view the report.
Your report displays and is ready to print.
- Depending on the report you may or may not need to enter report parameters.
