View Discharged Care Plans
Version History
To view a history of changes made over time, right click in the Details section of the intervention. A drop down will display. Click on Version History.
Version History displays the history of who has modified the Intervention as well as the date and time that these modifications were made. The text section of Version History displays the changes that have been made on a particular day. Text that hasn’t changed will appear in black, deleted text will be red and struck out, and new text will be blue.
View Discharged Care Plans
Date filters are used to view discharged Care Plans. To view, complete the following steps.
1. Tick ‘Active Within’ and then either click on one of the pre-set time periods which will auto-populate the From and To date fields or manually enter a date range in the From and To date fields
2. Click the Apply selected filters button.
