The Registers Home Tile contains 2 applications:
- Client Register is used to view Register details for a specific Client
- Register Management is used to view all information about all Clients who are on a Register
The only Register currently used in PARIS is the Palliative Register.
The Palliative Register provides a list of VCH Palliative Clients and provides information about client:
- Finances
- Legal
- Decision makers
- Instructions for care
- Prognosis
All users can view Register information in Clinical Summary, but only a limited number of staff can update the Register.
A Referral is not required to enter a client onto a Register; however, clients receiving services should have a Referral.
