Active Care Plan - Need Summary Report
To view the details of a row in the Active Care Plan Summary, a Need Summary Report can be generated. The report is grouped initially by teams involved in that Need, and then grouped by Goal, listing all associated Interventions.
1. Click a row in the Active Care Plan Summary grid.
2. Click on the View need summary report button.
Clinical Care Plan - Team Caseload Summary Report
The Clinical Care Plan - Team Caseload Summary report is available via the Clinical Care Plan application or Report Finder application within PARIS.
The report displays, by staff member, how many clients on their caseload have a care plan entered. It also shows an overall team summary and a breakdown of clients with active care plans by discipline.
This information supports a manager or lead in reviewing the number of care plans entered for their team.
